Vincent A. Campana (Skip) is the cofounder of Campana Waltz Commercial Real Estate. He was previously the Supervising broker of Drucker & Falk’s Virginia Commercial Sales and Leasing division for over twenty years. Prior to Drucker & Falk, Mr. Campana had founded ALCAM Real Estate, a commercial development/construction/brokerage firm.
His career in real estate began in 1977 with Eastern International, a regional commercial development firm where he was responsible for all the marketing and the property management of a portfolio in Virginia exceeding 5,000,000 square feet. His specialty is Class A office buildings, neighborhood shopping centers and warehouse facilities.
Mr. Campana is an active member of the Old Dominion University Center for Real Estate and Economic Development Advisory Board. He has served on the James City County Economic Development Authority (EDA) for twelve years and as chairman of the EDA in 1996. In 1997 he was named President of the Hampton Roads Association for Commercial Real Estate. He is also involved with the Peninsula Home Builders Association, Tidewater Association of Realtors, Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce, Williamsburg Area Chamber of Commerce, Virginia Citizens Planning Association (Architectural Planner), Historic Triangle Real Estate Group, Director of the Housing Partnership Initiative and serves on the Chesapeake Bank Advisory Board.
Ron A. Campana, Jr. has been specializing in Sales & Leasing of commercial properties since 2003.
Ron was the Chairman of the Board for the Williamsburg Chamber and Tourism Alliance. This organization oversees over 800 business in the Hampton Roads area. He was recognized as one of the Top 40 Under 40 business leaders in Hampton Roads from Inside Business and a Top 15 Under 50 recipient from the Greater Williamsburg Chamber and Tourism Alliance. He is also a Platinum Broker Award winner which recognizes the highest performing brokers (top 1 %) in the United States.
Ron is also an Eagle Scout with Williamsburg Troop 103. He is a board member on the Board of Zoning Appeals for James City County, is actively involved with the Greater Williamsburg Area Chamber of Commerce, Hampton Roads Association of Commercial Real Estate (HRACRE), Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Economic Progress Committee. Ron is the Co-Founder of the Young Emerging Professionals of Williamsburg / Aspire and a multiple recipient of the Membership Star of the Year from the Greater Williamsburg Chamber & Tourism Alliance.
Ron is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. At VCU, Ron was on the Dean's List, as well as an active member of the National Criminal Justice Honor Society. Ron is distinguished by his dedication and active involvement in the Community; he found the largest based blood drive on the East Coast.
Since the inception of Campana Waltz Commercial Real Estate and Campana Waltz West, Ron has been instrumental in the sale and lease of numerous properties in the Hampton Roads & Greater Commonwealth area. Ron is also an avid actor and was raised in Williamsburg where he still resides with his wife Caley and two daughters and son.
Vincent A. Campana, III acquired his Real Estate Salesman license at the age of eighteen after graduating from Walsingham Academy in Williamsburg, Virginia in 2002. In 2006 he graduated from Christopher Newport University with a Bachelors Degree in History while also working for Drucker and Falk Commercial Real Estate. Today he is an Associate Broker with CampanaWaltz Commercial Real Estate West.
As a Broker he takes pride in his tenacity and connectivity with his clients. His persistence, personality, and passion for "getting the job done" make him a valued asset in finalizing commercial sales and leases.
In 2007 he co-founded, along with his cousin, the Young Emerging Professionals of Williamsburg and assisted with merging YEP into the Williamsburg Chamber of Commerce and it is now more commonly known as Aspire.
Beyond real estate, Vincent is active with various organizations such as the Williamsburg Chamber of Commerce, the York County Chamber of Commerce where he was a board member for many years, and Boy Scout Troop 103 where he became an eagle scout in his younger years. In 2009 he was accepted into and graduated from the Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute and in 2020 he became the Chair for the James City County Economic Development Authority.
For many years you could find him on the weekends jumping from planes as a professional skydiver with over 2,000 jumps! Although he has retired from taking tandem students jumping you can still find him leaping from planes as his favorite hobby.
Currently, Vincent lives in Williamsburg with his wife Elisa and their four leggers, Benson & Olio!
Elise Campana Lahneman joined the team in 2015 after finishing her Master’s degree in Accounting at William & Mary. Elise focuses primarily in real estate asset management utilizing her accounting background. She worked at Principal Financial Group and Ernst & Young after graduating magna cum laude at James Madison University. Elise is an active board member for the Housing Partnerships, Inc. and takes pride in being part of the Williamsburg community. Back in 2020, Elise won first place in raising the most donations for the Million Dollar show by Dancing with the Williamsburg Stars. When she is not working, Elise likes to spend time with her family, her husband, Dr. David Lahneman, daughter, Maeve, and fur child, Bella.
Dawn McDade joined the team in February 2024. She came to us from the mortgage banking world but is no stranger to commercial real estate as she previously worked in the industry with Skip Campana.
Dawn is our Business Development Coordinator and works closely with the brokers in the brokerage division where she oversees marketing and business development, works on processing and tracking leases, contracts, & listings.
Dawn resides in Poquoson with her husband and two children. She is very active in her community. She is on the Board of the Poquoson Woman’s Club, where she serves as the Chairperson for both Membership and Scholarships. She is an active member of the Poquoson High School PTO, where participating in the planning of the After Prom sponsored event is her passion. She also serves as the “Team Mom” for her son’s high school tennis team. Dawn enjoys volunteering and has worked with organizations such as Peninsula Rescue Mission, Virginia Peninsula Foodbank, Teens Opposing Poverty, and Transitions.
In her spare time, she enjoys the beach, playing tennis, and spending time with her family and friends. She is a huge dog lover and likes to bring her Goldendoodle “Banx” to the office on occasion.
